Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead a Team of 10–15 Processors:o Train and supervise staffs, work order audits, and client-specific platforms.
∎ Quality Control:o Ensure 99%+ accuracy in bid reviews, damage reports, and invoice reconciliation.
∎ Client Liaison:o Coordinate with U.S. vendors/servicers to resolve escalations during their business hours.

Job Highlights:
∎ Experience: 3+ years in BPO/property preservation (U.S. mortgage workflows preferred).
∎ Certifications: HUD/FHA training is a huge plus (we'll sponsor certification for the right candidate).
∎ Skills:o Expert in Excel, CRM tools, and PP software (e.g., CoreLogic).o Leadership with a problem-solving mindset.• Language: Fluent English (written/spoken).
