• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computing & Information System
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Applications
• Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a CTO, Team Leader, or Project Manager in a reputable organization.

• Proficiency in Java and Python with a strong understanding of cloud platforms and Kubernetes.

• Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams effectively.Educational background from BUET, DU, CUET, RUET, KUET, SUST, NSU, or BRAC is preferred.

• 5 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms

• Age 24 to 45 years

Language Efficiency

• Japanese Language: N4 level is preferable but having no Japanese Language ability is also expectable. During processing time, Japanese language course will be provided (free of cost)

• English Language: Business Level is preferred.

• Lead and manage a multi-national team of 30-50 members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.

• Provide strategic direction in technology and continuous process improvements, utilizing Java and Python expertise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure and software development.
