Job Context:
∎ The role reports to the Head of Department of the RSC and is based in the RSC office in Dhaka.
∎ In this role, the Team Leader (OSH Training Program) will play a leading role in developing and implementing a comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training program across the RMG industry of Bangladesh. The main objective of this program is to educate workers, supervisors, and managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify, prevent, and mitigate occupational hazards and promote a safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Team members for implementing safety training, meetings, and other OSH programs at the factory level in an effective way.
∎ Factory selection based on the OSH Training program criteria and rollout phase by phase.
∎ Overall responsible for maintaining and updating all database of the OSH program .
∎ Follow up schedule related email, factories' confirmation, and if necessary rescheduling the OSH training Program.
∎ Provide necessary guidance to Junior Program Coordinator to prepare weekly OSH Training program schedule and travel schedule (Dhaka & Chittagong zone).
∎ Prepare and present the Dashboard report Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly as well as Yearly based on OSH training program database.
∎ Share and disseminate OSH Training Program data, as required to the concerned authorities.
∎ Review and vet the Safety Committee Walk-Through (SCWT) files received from the OSH Training Program Specialist and send back the Walk-Through reports with feedback to the OSH Training Program Specialist to be released to the factories.
∎ Maintain liaison with the associated engineer colleagues for their feedback regarding Safety Committee Walk-Through (SCWT).
∎ Follow up on the OSH findings of the Walk-Through (SCWT) until it is resolved and update the SCWT findings database.
∎ Provide necessary guidance to Scheduling & Logistic Coordinator-OSH for logistics management.
∎ Facilitate workplace OSH training, OSH monitoring, and effective engagement of both parties (Workers and Management) in taking the safety measurement at the factories.
∎ Prepare and update all kinds of Training Module, learning materials as and when required.
∎ Coordinate, Follow-up, and provide feedback to the assigned OSH Training Program Specialist and OSH Program Officer on their activities.
∎ Prepare all kinds of qualitative and quantitative reports.
∎ Work with the Head of Department in assessing the performance of the OSH Training Program Specialist and professional development accordingly.
∎ Do any sort of inter-departmental coordination as and when required.
∎ Perform related duties as assigned by the Head of OSH Training Program.
