Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech & Language Therapy. Masters in Health Science related discipline will be added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Project duration 15 months possibly start from June 01, 2021
∎ Job Location: Rohingya Refugee Camp, Cox`s Bazar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Design/Develop, Organization and Implementation:
∎ Prepare field events and provide support for project design, project implementation including providing necessary operational, administrative and programmatic support, and monitoring of effective programs consistent with Government of Bangladesh, UNHCR and other donor organizations rules and regulations.
∎ Initiate effective suggestions and technical guidance on the direction and strategies throughout the different stages of programming from planning to delivery of results and contribute to strategic discussions with senior level partners, stakeholders and internal colleagues on different project identification and discussion and policy formulation.
∎ Manage all the grants under Rohingya Response Program ensuring program funding spend in line with CRP's Policy, procedures and donor requirements.
∎ Ensure quality of care and will lead the technical oversight of the rehabilitation facilities following proper guidelines and capacity building and mentoring of project staff.
∎ Identification of clients through different survey method, mobile clinic and patient referral through mobilization and awareness program.
∎ Prepare the Monthly Work Plan and weekly movement plan for self and concern staff to achieve the proposed target activities.
∎ Ensure project activities are implemented according to established project principles with adequate Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals (FDMN) and host community participation.
∎ Prepared budget and progress reports of the projects monthly, quarterly and annually on achievement, best practice, challenges and submit to respective authorities as required.
∎ Provide therapeutic interventions as required for FDMN and host community.
∎ Prepare documents for the procurement and supply of the project input
∎ Maintain the monthly general ledger and budget follow up prepared by the finance team.
∎ Regularly submit documents to Govt authorities in regular or prescribe format.
∎ To arrange monthly coordination meeting with concerns of CRP-Chattogram AKKhan Centre, CRP-Head Office and partner organization
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation:
∎ Examine the changing situation of existing project activities and recommend appropriate course of actions to improve the activities. Prepare activity monitoring and reporting format as required for the regular project reporting.
∎ Assess project impact and oversee the appropriateness and accuracy of methods used to verify progress and results of the project activities.
∎ Undertake regular field visits to monitor and evaluate project activities
∎ Collect and critically analyzed data related to program and monitor trend for project implications.
∎ Identify and document lessons learned, evidences of success and constraints, and best practices in the field areas to promote knowledge sharing within organization, implementing partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
∎ HR aspects:
∎ Ensure regular checking and maintaining attendance, leave without pay, unauthorized leave and leaves on a regular basis,
∎ Supervise and monitor junior staffs on a regular basis,
∎ Ensure timely contract renewals and yearly appraisals,
∎ Information Sharing and Building Network and Communication:
∎ Support, organize, and participate in missions, donor/Head/Sub-office staff visits as requested and undertake arrangements for those visits as required.
∎ Participating, organizing and facilitating the dialogue, meetings, workshops and seminars with government representatives, civil society and international organization to share experience, promote cooperation etc.
∎ Ensures constructive, efficient and positive relationships with the stakeholders (NGOs, government bodies, education institutions and other service providing agencies).
∎ Ensure acknowledgement of the project or revised of the project regularly from especially UNO, DC, CIC, RRRC, Civil Surgeon or required by any Government Authorities.
∎ Participate in different co-ordination meetings with other stake holders & agencies.
∎ Focal point and responsible for clinical and financial audit.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by office from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Considerable knowledge in computer.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Quick decision-maker and ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent analytical ability.
∎ Quick decision making and problem solving skills,
∎ Experience in report writing,

∎ Monthly BDT 60000
