Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Brand and Communication Team Leader, you'll need to:
∎ Be able to plan and execute activity targeting niche category of customers.
∎ Be able to understand & work with multiple brands and multiple types of technical products & services at the same time.
∎ Lead the team to plan & execute continuous 360 degree digital marketing activities focusing SEO, Google ads, social media ads, email marketing, development & management of customer oriented websites.
∎ Lead the teams to produce unique and effective videos, newsletters & graphical contents.
∎ Manage a team for outbound telemarketing and inbound query (Tele & Digital) management.
∎ Plan & execute events such as training, seminar, conference etc, focusing current & future customers, by involving intern students.
∎ Perform cost effective media buying.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: At least 5 (Five) years of relevant experience.
∎ An ideal candidate should have:
∎ Knowledge & Experience of the following : Technical Content writing, Copy writing, SEO, Google ad, FB & LinkedIn Ad, mail chimp or similar, Tele-marketing, Customer Query Management, web-development basics, niche marketing, video shooting & editing basics , Graphics design basics, CRM software, Event management, Media Buying.
∎ Personal Traits : Honest & polite, Creative thinker, Patient, Self Driven, Responsible, Punctual, Having good Sense of Aesthetics, Leader-like, technical enthusiast, self learner, tolerant to different opinion.
