∎ Skills Required: Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Sales & Marketing, Tele Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Customer Relationship Management, Tele Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the team of tele sales marketing team, must work on team development & management.
∎ Responsible for improving the team and facilitating communication among the members of team.
∎ Perform the tasks of monitoring. organizing, and coaching the team daily.
∎ Communicating the company's purpose, core values, vision to the front employees.
∎ Identify new ways to increase the opportunities of customer service, complaints, questions, and queries, as required.
∎ Facilitate cross-functional communication between employees to improve the working environment.
∎ Draft general reports on performance and targets of team members as well as ensure that they exceed the targets.
∎ Make a roster of around 100 stuffs as well as calculate team performance.
∎ Candidate must have to be reliable, honest, responsible & punctual.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4-5 years related experience.
∎ Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Depending on Experience & capabilities)
2 yearly bonuses each year after the candidate is permanent.
