Job Context:
∎ ChefOnline is a UK-based National Online Food Ordering Portal for restaurants and takeaways across the UK.
∎ We are looking for a Team Lead/Manager, Client Relations to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address client concerns.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
∎ Review customer care practices on a continual basis to make sure that all customers are getting the attention they deserve.
∎ Continuously improve product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor products.
∎ Constantly endeavor to improve existing customer relationships and involve in Sales to deepen the same.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technical Knowledge of CRM practices.

Salary: Negotiable
