Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of Marriage Media Consultants

• Set monthly client acquisition and revenue targets for the team

• Personally handle high-value or priority clients

• Develop matchmaking strategies and follow-up procedures

• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships

• Coach and mentor consultants to improve performance

• Monitor team performance and report weekly/monthly to management

• Handle complex client queries and resolve issues professionally

• Coordinate marketing and outreach initiatives for client acquisition

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of clients, packages, and transactions

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; Business/Management preferred)

• 3–5 years experience in marriage media, client servicing, or sales-oriented consulting

• Proven ability to lead a small team and achieve targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional

• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM or similar tools)

• Honest, punctual, and responsible
