• Classroom management, and organisational skills.  

• Effective Presentation Skills.        

• Broad General Knowledge.       

• Residence in Uttara will be highly encouraged.

• Strong communication skills in English

• Deliver engaging and interactive class lessons.

• Develop well-structured lesson plans, lecture sheets, and course materials in advance.

• Plan, design, and conduct quizzes, class tests, and semester examinations as per routine.

• Evaluate answer scripts efficiently and provide timely constructive feedback.

• Assist in developing academic routines, class schedules, and other activities planning.

• Maintain accurate student attendance records and classroom activities.

• Communicate regularly with the concern persons regarding student progress.

• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports, highlighting student development and outcomes.

• Organise and support extracurricular activities (E.C.A), subject counselling sessions, and academic support programs.

• Identify students who require additional support or disciplinary concerns when necessary.
