∎ Degree(s) in English, Education, or a related field must have an English Medium Schooling background.
∎ Have a good IELTS score (8 to 9).
∎ Proven experience in content development for English language learning, with a focus on IELTS.
∎ Strong understanding of IELTS test structure, scoring criteria, and best practices.
∎ Experience in leading and managing a team of content developers.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.

∎ Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to various learning styles.
∎ Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Shikkha Sheba's goals and the unique needs of IELTS learners.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key content areas, learning objectives, and target audience needs.
∎ Lead the creation of IELTS-focused curriculum, ensuring alignment with the latest test trends, question types, and scoring criteria.
∎ Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that cater to various learning styles.
∎ Produce high-quality written, audio, and visual content for IELTS preparation, including practice tests, interactive exercises, video lessons, and more.
∎ Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and adheres to established pedagogical principles.
∎ Implement a robust quality assurance process to review and refine existing content, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with learner outcomes.
∎ Stay updated on the latest developments in English language teaching, IELTS testing, and educational technology.
∎ Integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies and technologies into content development.
∎ Teaching (Online & On-premises):
