Job Context:
∎ We are currently hiring for the position of TC (Transaction Certificate) Coordinator at our HQ, in the heart of Dhaka. Join our family and build an inspired career you`re proud of.
∎ The TC (Transaction Certificate) Coordinator is accountable for supporting the work of the Textile Exchange and GOTS Standards certification, TC issues including administrative support to team members, and internal/external communication coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documents coordination, review, and share assessment feedback with the supervisor.
∎ Coordinate with the business unit for required information for TC requirements.
∎ Maintain a master chart with clear information on TC requirements and monitor this chart effectively.
∎ Follow up with the factory to ensure the TC application is on time to get the Final TC within the timeline based on the STANDARD procedure.
∎ Ensure the factory is well aware of the requirement of the TC along with all respective information.
∎ Made effective communication with the factory's concern department for TC and material certifications.
∎ Coordinate meetings and team calls for Standards certifications & Assurance and support taking notes and sharing follow-up actions with supervisors.
∎ Record-keeping for internal assurance tasks such as applications for certifications, certification validity, database up to date and TC effectiveness.
∎ Contribute to regular reporting about the activities and performance of the Compliance desk.
∎ Weekly meeting with supervisor and share feedback for an effective ongoing.
∎ Coordinate meetings, training sessions and share feedback with supervisors for the next course of action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years' work experience as a Transaction Certificate Reviewer or in relevant field of Compliance / Sustainability
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in the certification body will get preference.
∎ Must be sound in data management, reporting, preparing presentations and maintaining communication with internal & external parties.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of Compliance practices in the Apparel Industry
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
