Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, and implements of sales and marketing strategies to achieve Spare Parts & Lube oil sales targets of the assigned area in order to enhance market share.
∎ Cary-out promotional activities and ensure your best effort to achieve the given monthly/yearly Spare Parts & Lube oil Sales target.
∎ Visit the Market frequently, hunt potential customers and opportunities, and take necessary actions to expand market share.
∎ Analyze present market network, develop market network coverage, and maintain good business relationship with all channel partners
∎ Monitor and coordinate with dealers and other intermediaries.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors and analysis the competitor's market data and report to the respective supervisor to establishes appropriate strategies.
∎ Manage existing and new potential customers by personal Spare Parts sales & lube oil visits and find out customer's requirements and take necessary measures to ensure customers queries, problem, and issues.
∎ Network expansion & exiting network development with active lifting of spare parts and lube oil.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years of working experience in Spare parts & Lube sales..
∎ Should have can do mentality.
∎ Ability to satisfy clients with company policy.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and people managing skills
∎ Mush have experience in MS- Office Package.
∎ Strong problem solving skill.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
