Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive. You will be responsible for upselling our products and services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to purchasing orders.
∎ You should also be maintaining accurate records of all the customers for future reference.
∎ As an ideal candidate, you should make sure that you offer outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You should possess a phenomenal ability to communicate with customers efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
∎ Calling existing and potential customers to update them about recent launches.
∎ Updating the database with all the customer's information.
∎ Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the services provided to them.
∎ Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
∎ Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
∎ Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
∎ Answering customers' questions in regard to products and services.
∎ Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations. Selling products items land, Hotel share sell, and Travel and Tourism Reservations.
∎ Roll play to your own customer bank or own data must be preferable here.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional Certification: telesales and computer.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Digital Marketing, Marketing, tele sales.
∎ Smart, Customer friendly Voice, friendly, convincing power.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
