• Minimum 10 years as team lead of Marketing & Merchandising team.
• The applicants should have experience in Garments and Textile (Sweater Division).
• Highly capable on speaking, writing in English.
• Candidate should smart, elegant, self-driven and proactive in trouble shooting are requested to apply.
• Should be well-behaved, honest and able to solve in timely manner.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
• Should have strong leadership and team management skill.

• Capable of handling very demanding and globally renowned buyers/ brands.

• Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.

• Attending buyers` meetings and showing skills of presentation, negotiation, preparing cost sheet to ensure better price for the company.

• Create detailed costing sheets with comprehensive breakdowns obtained from factories.

• Continuously update the fabrics, trims, print embroideries, washes and stitch library including technical data and price idea for easy reference.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality samples that meet customer expectations.

• Maintain production lead time and buyers` given delivery date of the product by ensuring on time yarn and accessories sourcing, follow up with commercial team to ensure supplies on time.

• Oversee production processes and sample coordination with factories, ensuring all related procedures are followed efficiently.

• Must maintain schedule of overall activity for all assign styles of the buyers and share with superior.

• Always ready to communicate on email, WhatsApp and any other social communication apps.

• Required to provide prompt response for top management and buyers.

• Maintain liaison with the buyers for continuous basis to get and ensure more order in future.

• Conduct regular factory visits to gather market insights and stay informed about industry trends.

• Work alongside quality control teams to ensure products meet required standards.

• Manage forwarder bookings through logistics teams and oversee product shipments to ensure smooth delivery.

• Promote and adhere to ethical conduct and business practices, ensuring personal actions and those of others align with the organization`s values.

• Act as a bridge between the production and quality departments, collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance Officers to ensure the highest standards in the final product while overseeing all quality aspects from the beginning to the completion of production
