Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any recognized university, who has interest in survey work,
∎ B. Sc. /Diploma Civil Engineer completed applicant will get preference.
∎ Any post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline may also apply, if applicant has experience as any Survey & Valuation Company/ Engineering farm.

∎ IES Limited is a highly reputed Survey & Valuation company in Bangladesh. It is
∎ Working with 30+ Banks & financial organizations. Basically, Survey & Valuation of Machinery, Land, Building, Apartment, Vehicle etc. and related services & Report are provided by IES Limited.
∎ Vacancy : IES is going to recruit a good number of surveyors for its ongoing & future work on urgent basis.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit land, building and other properties as asked by the Bank/FIs,
∎ Report preparation as per prescribed formats,
∎ Understanding mouza map and all sorts of Deed & documents of Land/Building/Apartment etc.
∎ Understanding all sorts of legal documents like- C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, Bia Deed, DCR, GRR, Porcha, Mouza Map etc.
∎ Checking Mouza Rate & Market price of Land / property.
∎ Determination of estimated cost of the civil work, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35,
∎ Only Male candidates are allowed to apply,
∎ Expert in Microsoft Word & Excel,
∎ Should have well understanding and writing skill in English,
