Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
∎ Pinpoint the decision-makers within the client organization.
∎ Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
∎ Participate in the pricing of the services.
∎ Provide solutions to any business problem and implement those solutions.
∎ Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
∎ Present new products and services to the current market base and enhance existing relationships.
∎ Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
∎ Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
∎ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
∎ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
∎ Submit weekly/market update / progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
∎ Daily sales reporting, weekly sales review analysis, and providing business data on a time-to-time basis.
∎ Help sales team to design market visit plan based on business priority
∎ Understand the company’s goal and purpose.
∎ Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging customer networks.
∎ Organize customer events.
∎ Create a major customer pool and work to increase the list.
∎ Conserve major customers through proper interpersonal communication.
∎ Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in driving sales
∎ Good in presentation
∎ Good in Selling and Communication, Negotiation
