∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the regular maintenance of following equipment.
∎ i. CCTV cameras- everyday
∎ ii. Televisions -everyday
∎ iii. Digital video recorders- every day
∎ iv. PA system -everyday
∎ v. Intercom & Amplifier- everyday
∎ vi. Access control doors- everyday
∎ vii. Hand scanner & Archway - everyday
∎ viii. Digital Watch- weekly
∎ ix. Fire Alarm system - quarterly
∎ Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV control room.
∎ All important incident/information need to be informed to COA & Manager Admin & Security at the time of occurrence .In absence of COA & Manager Admin & Security, all important incidents/information to be informed to duty manager.
∎ Monitor the fire alarm sound system of hospital area and check the cause of fire alarm if any by sending technician from CCTV room.
∎ Monitor the activities of hospital area through CCTV camera all the time and entry all the important incident in the log book.
∎ Submit incident report everyday by checking the CCTV footage to concerned persons
∎ All abnormal activities to be monitored and to be forwarded to concerned persons as a daily incident report .If the incident is grave in nature then inform it to the concerned persons immediately
∎ Monitor the vehicle movement activities of parking area and also inform to concerned person if any abnormal activities are being observed during the monitor.
∎ Maintain the security of CCTV room. No matter of CCTV room to be disclosed to any unauthorized persons
∎ Control / monitor the activities of under command persons.
∎ Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV control room and its facilities.
∎ Restrict the movement of any unauthorized person's to CCTV room.
∎ Never entertain any unauthorized request of any superior/friend /personnel's who are not authorize to deal it.
∎ Ensure timely Azan in hospital area and also announce the visitors timing instructions by PA system regularly.
∎ Maintain the provision of information required by the authority to assist the monitoring of CCTV and other security systems.
∎ Report of any equipment failure to your superior and take appropriate action to solve the problems as per its emergency.
∎ Provide recorded media to authorized persons only.
∎ Contribute to the development and enhancement of the service and control room working practices.
∎ At all the times should maintain and respect the security and sensitivity of the service.
∎ Be ready to perform any other duties which are equal or similar to the responsibility level and the grade of the post.
