Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ B. Sc. in Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Computer Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assembling and dissembling of POS/PC, Weigh Scale, and Printer etc.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of POS/PC, Weigh Scale, Dot Matrix/ LAN LaserJet Printer, Network (LAN & WAN), Router, Switch etc.
∎ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of MS XP/Vista Professional, MS Office, MS SQL server, MS Outlook and POS etc.
∎ Detection, removal and prevention from all Virus threat for all client systems.
∎ Maintain current and accurate inventory of hardware, software and other IT related resources.
∎ Monitoring data connectivity and Internet services.
∎ Logging the complaint and issuing the complaint ticket number.
∎ Preparation of complaint report and updating the status of the complaint and save the entire record of activities from logging to closure
∎ Guiding the end-users to resolve the problem from the known error database.
∎ Prepare weekly report on IT system related incident
∎ Maintain liaison with IT logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery of the equipments required by business.
∎ Ensure after-sales service of the equipments by the vendors as per agreement.
∎ Sourcing new vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient IT services and reduce dependency on the limited vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of data monitoring between SAP and Wincor system
∎ Understanding of different retail equipments as POS/PC, Weigh Scale, Dot Matrix/ LaserJet Printer, Network (LAN & WAN), Router, Switch maintenance and CCTV
∎ Knowledge of MS XP/Vista Professional, MS Office, MS Outlook , POS installation, configuration and troubleshooting of retail functions
∎ Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
