Hotel and Resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage all staff of the dining hall and kitchen;
∎ Ensure food preparation, arrangement/serving, and packaging according to the order of the customers on time;
∎ Maintain proper and hygienic food items storage to prevent spoilage;
∎ Operate dining arrangement activities with efficiency, especially during rush hours at lunch and dinner times;
∎ Oversee the entire process of food preparation and serving by ensuring food quality, service, and cleanliness standards throughout the shifts;
∎ Manage workers scheduling efficiently to handle busy periods;
∎ Ensure cleaning, food storing, and disassembling of steam tables and fryers at closing time;
∎ Review inventory reports and order when necessary;
∎ Any other particular task as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Training on food & beverage from a recognized institute is a must
∎ Minimum three years of experience in supervising food & beverage in a hotel/training center/resort
∎ Age & Academic qualifications will be relaxed for experienced candidates
∎ This position may require working extra hours in time of any emergency/urgency
Salary: Tk. 11000 - 13000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of the probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy, i.e., provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil), etc.
