Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Livestock

• The candidate must possess a diploma in Agriculture from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

• Age, education and experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates

• Must have practical knowledge on feeding, breeding, vaccination and management

• Must have good written and oral communication skills

• Must have knowledge on computer operating such as MS word, excel and internet browsing

• Must have technical knowledge on fodder production and animal rearing and management

• Able to dealing with complex environment

• Able to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations accordingly

• Able to work under pressure

• Assist to prepare annual plan and budget for fodder production

• Concentrate feed requirement and production for good quality feeds and fodder

• Take initiative to get lease and purchase of lands for fodder production

• Supervise all relevant labor related to fodder production

• Prepare silage and hay during availability of fodder for crisis period

• Provide idea on new technology to respective managers

• Preserve straw and hay in the store

• Keep record in data base for the preparation of report in favor of Assistant Manager, Animal Nutrition

• Share respective supervisors any innovative ideas or good practices developed or collected from all over the world

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
