Position: Sub Editor – Newsroom & Digital Operations Lead

Location: Gulfesha Plaza (10th Floor), Moghbazar, Dhaka

Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile Sub Editor to lead and manage our newsroom team while actively contributing to content creation. The ideal candidate will oversee editorial operations, manage reporters and web staff, and also have the skills to present news, record voiceovers, and produce engaging news content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the entire newsroom team, including Desk Reporters, Mobile Journalists, Presenters, and Web Operations.
• Edit, approve, and create news stories, features, and multimedia content with accuracy and clarity.
• Present news bulletins and special reports with professionalism.
• Record voiceovers for video stories and social media content.
• Manage daily newsroom operations, breaking news coverage, and digital publishing.
• Collaborate with video editors and technical teams to integrate narration and visuals smoothly.
• Develop strategies to improve newsroom efficiency and audience engagement.
