Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Execute daily production and packing plans assigned by the production manager to achieve target volumes.

• Supervise operators, helpers, and technicians along assembly, filling, or packaging lines.

• Coordinate the smooth movement of semi-finished goods into final packaging stations to avoid bottlenecks.

• Set up, calibrate, and monitor high-speed packing machinery.

• Quickly detect electrical or mechanical faults when a line stops and take immediate troubleshooting actions.

• Perform daily pre-shift inspections, machinery lubrication, temperature adjustments, and sensor calibrations.

• Conduct routine physical checks on packaging integrity, checking for sealing errors, incorrect weights, printing smudges, or damaged containers.

• Ensure line workers follow strict work instructions (WI) to minimize defect rates.

• Keep filling parameters accurate to prevent product overfills or underfills, protecting profitability and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise shift operators and helpers to meet daily production plans and packing volume targets.

• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot automated packing machinery (fillers, sealers, wrappers) to resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly.

• Perform regular checks on packaging integrity, seal quality, and weight metrics to ensure compliance with GMP and strict quality standards.

• Requisition raw packaging materials, manage inventories, and actively track lines to minimize material scrap and product wastage.

• Enforce the use of PPE, maintain machine safety guards, and sustain clean workplace environments using 5S principles.

• Maintain detailed shift logs, track machine breakdown downtimes, and accurately input production metrics into ERP/SAP systems.
