Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, talented, and experienced Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Real Estate & Construction, especially in the Construction sector.
§ Construction site supervision এবং daily work progress monitoring করা
§ Drawing, design ও BOQ অনুযায়ী কাজ হচ্ছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করা
§ Site measurement, estimation ও billing preparation এ সহযোগিতা করা
§ Contractors, শ্রমিক ও suppliers-এর সাথে coordination করা
§ Quality control ও safety standards maintain করা
§ Project Manager/Engineer-কে নিয়মিত report প্রদান করা
§ Materials management ও site logistics control করা
Project timeline অনুযায়ীকাজসম্পন্ননিশ্চিতকরা
