Responsibilities & Context:
- Counsel students and applicants on study abroad and visit visa opportunities.
- Manage and guide applicants through the admission process and visa documentation.
- Follow up with leads provided by RTL and convert them into successful applications.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on student files.
- Represent RTL in a camera-friendly manner for digital promotions, webinars, and social media.
- Deliver excellent client service while ensuring compliance and integrity.
