Responsibilities & Context:
✨ Job Context
RTL Immigration & Visa Advisory is looking for an experienced and camera-friendly Study Abroad Counselor who has strong knowledge of admissions and visa processing for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, and additional experience in Malaysia, China, PR pathways, and Second Passport programs.
The candidate must be comfortable with counseling clients directly and also representing RTL on Facebook & YouTube content to attract new audiences and promote our partner universities and services.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one counseling to students and parents about studying abroad (programs, admissions, scholarships, and tuition planning).
Guide clients through visa applications ensuring compliance with immigration rules for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA.
Additional knowledge of Malaysia, China, PR, and Second Passport opportunities will be an advantage.
Maintain updated knowledge of admission requirements and embassy guidelines.
Prepare and review student applications, checking documents for accuracy and eligibility.
Create engaging video content for RTL’s Facebook and YouTube channels to promote admissions, visa processes, and client success stories.
Counsel audiences during seminars, webinars, and live sessions to attract more student interest.
Act as a brand ambassador of RTL — professional, confident, and camera-friendly.
Build relationships with universities, colleges, and schools abroad to expand student placement opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of students, admissions, and visa cases.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional content.
