Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must possess a clear understanding of application portals such as ApplyBoard, Adventus IO, etc.
∎ Must be fluent in searching and finding correct information on university websites.
∎ Will receive documents from students and validate them for accuracy
∎ Will create students' profiles on university application portals and common application platforms.
∎ Will coordinate with counselors and students to keep their information updated and advise on next moves.
∎ Must be comfortable making cold calls and responding to queries from social media.
∎ Receive and validate documents from students to initiate the application process efficiently.
∎ Maintain instant, effective communication with students and the counseling unit throughout the process.
∎ Create students' profiles in the university application portal and complete the application.
∎ Coordinate with students to advise on their next steps throughout the application process.
∎ Document all office activities promptly and transparently.
