- Experience working in renowned study abroad consultancy firms
- Proven expertise in handling UK and Australia student counselling and visa processing
- IELTS Overall Band Score of 6.5–7.0, or an English Medium background (O Level and A Level preferred)
Responsibilities & Context:
Guide students through the end-to-end process of applying to universities in the UK and Australia, including course selection, application submission, and document preparation
Provide expert counselling on study abroad opportunities based on students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and visa eligibility
Handle visa application procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy requirements and immigration policies for the UK and Australia
Follow up with students via phone, email, or in person to ensure smooth progress through each application stage
Maintain accurate records of student profiles, application statuses, and communication logs using CRM systems
Coordinate with university representatives, partner institutions, and embassies for timely updates and collaboration
Assist in organizing and participating in seminars, webinars, and education fairs to promote study abroad services
Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets as set by the management team
Stay informed about IELTS score requirements, language proficiency standards, and scholarship opportunities for partner universities
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling student information and sensitive documentation
