Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Membership Sales
∎ Timely outreach to new leads
∎ Sharing in-depth knowledge of F45 training sessions and overcoming objections
∎ Converting leads into memberships
∎ Ensuring the sales performance of the studio is meeting goals
∎ CRM System Administration
∎ Managing new lead entries once received from our social media outlets, community events, and marketing campaigns.
∎ Reporting on sales progress
∎ Orienting Members
∎ Conducting goal-oriented consultations with all members
∎ Delivering studio tours
∎ Event Management, Community Outreach & Business Partnerships
∎ Generating new leads through current members (influencers), community outreach, and all social media platforms'
∎ Being present at the location for pre-launch events, festivals, and local community gatherings.
∎ Becoming the community's biggest F45 Training advocate
∎ Others: Working collaboratively with the Head Trainers to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations

∎ A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate via a high volume of emails
∎ Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality
∎ Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to follow up on 50+ leads on a daily basis
∎ Confident, motivational, and outgoing
∎ Self-motivated and goal-oriented
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Punctual and reliable
∎ Nice to Haves:
∎ Bi-Lingual (Bangla & English)
∎ Social Media Management
∎ Marketing Experience
∎ Boutique fitness sales experience
