About the Role
Meiji Education is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fresh Graduates to join our Student Management & Documentation team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and grow your career in the education consultancy field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for student queries and provide guidance.

  • Assist with onboarding, applications, and follow-ups.

  • Keep communication logs and regularly update student files.

  • Support consultancy operations to ensure smooth services.

  • Handle basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tasks to improve student satisfaction.

  • Prepare simple reports on documentation and student progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate from any discipline. (Applicants with a BBA degree will be prioritized).

  • Good communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn.

  • A team player with a positive attitude.

  • No prior experience required — fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
