• Skills Required: Student Counselling for Finland and EU countries, Student Visa Processing, Student File Processing
• Industry Experience Requirements: At least 2 years Job experience as a student counselor for Europe.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service.

• Online and Onsite Student Counselling for Europe (mainly Finland) and Asia (Malaysia)

• Guide students during university application

• Guide students through the visa application process

• Check and verify all required documents

• Schedule embassy/VFS appointments

• Prepare and submit complete visa files

• Track application status and follow up with students

• Communicate with embassies and visa centers

• Stay updated on visa rules and requirements

• Train students for visa interviews

• Maintain accurate records of all visa cases

• Report visa updates and outcomes to management
