Responsibilities:
Online and Onsite Student Counselling for Europe (mainly Finland) and Asia (mainly Malaysia)
Guide students during university application
Guide students through the visa application process
Check and verify all required documents
Schedule embassy/VFS appointments
Prepare and submit complete visa files
Track application status and follow up with students
Communicate with embassies and visa centers
Stay updated on visa rules and requirements
Train students for visa interviews
Maintain accurate records of all visa cases
Report visa updates and outcomes to management
