Job Context:
∎ Vista Migration and Education Services (Dhaka Office) is looking for energetic, innovative, and self-motivated individuals to fulfil the following position.
∎ 1. Counsellor for Australia and New Zealand
∎ 2. Counsellor for Canada and the UK

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Display experience and working knowledge of international admissions.
∎ High-level organisational skills including strong attention to detail.
∎ Precise processes of student applications, offer letters to maximise the conversion of enquiries into applications and enrolments.
∎ Maintain regular follow up with students & communication of application outcomes to students and stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring an efficient, effective, and timely customer-focused administrative service offering to students.
∎ Creating & Updating records of students’ information & documents to CRM systems.
∎ Maintain regular communication with various education providers and attend training of the providers regularly.
∎ Host Seminars, meetings, workshops, and preparing various promotional activities.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about clients’ information, documents, and business information.
∎ Displays flexibility, initiative, attitude, and ability to thrive within a dynamic, challenging, and changing environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must-Have excellent written and communication skills in English.
∎ Must be passionate about sales and committed to meeting the sales target (KPI).
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of writing Statement of purpose (SOP)/GTE statements.
∎ Must have basic computer skills including MS word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Must provide a collaborative relationship with the internal and external Stakeholders.
∎ Excellence in solving problems, great customer experience and love helping customers.
∎ Having knowledge of Education Institutions Entry Requirements (English, Academic, courses & providers as well as latest regulations) and admission process.
∎ Work proactively, take responsibility and be able to work unsupervised.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Sales base commission + other benefits according to company policy
