• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Education, or English).

• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Female

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counselling or UK higher education consultancy

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (verbal and written)

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Familiarity with UK university admission processes is highly preferred

• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Knowledge of international education markets and current UK immigration policies is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

As an International Student Recruitment Officer, you will:

• Counsel students on admissions to universities in the UK, Australia, including course selection and visa requirements.

• Follow up with students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.

• Guide students through documentation, application processes, and visa procedures.

• Maintain communication with UK university representatives and other international partners.

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets by actively engaging prospective students.

• Participate in promotional events such as educational fairs, seminars, and online webinars.

• Maintain accurate student records and ensure diligent follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and follow-up campaigns.`
