Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound telephone inquiries and provide accurate responses.

  • Regularly follow up with prospective leads and convert them into applications.

  • Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their interests, profiles, and career goals.

  • Provide career counselling and recommend pathways to help students achieve their aspirations.

  • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring students feel informed, supported, and comfortable.

  • Stay updated on academic policies, admission requirements, and administrative procedures of international partner institutions.

  • Promote SHAPE OF TOMORROW’S EDUCATION’S services and partner universities through both online and offline channels.

  • Collect and verify student documents, and hand them over to the designated officials for admission and visa processing, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

  • Contribute to achieving organizational student recruitment targets and objectives.

  • Identify potential issues and resolve them, or escalate to the line manager when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly reports for management.

  • Safeguard organizational confidentiality and ensure proper handling of student information and property.

  • Participate in professional development programs to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Assist clients with SOP analysis and enhancement, LOR preparation, resume editing, and interview script preparation to get students ready for interviews.
