• Establish and cultivate new relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and partners to support business growth and expansion initiatives.

• Reach out to potential students through phone, email, and text, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the consultation process.

• Meet with students in person to provide personalized guidance and address their concerns regarding studying abroad.

• Evaluate students` academic backgrounds to determine eligibility for various international programs and universities.

• Discuss educational options with students based on their financial capabilities and personal preferences during the initial consultation stage.

• Organize and execute recruitment trips in targeted markets to promote the firm`s services and engage with prospective students.

• Manage the application and visa process for students applying to universities in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe, ensuring all procedures are completed accurately and on time.

• Provide guidance to students on how to prepare for credible interviews required by institutions or visa authorities.

• Collaborate with the conversion team to meet or exceed enrollment targets, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives.

• Understand the entry requirements for studying in the UK, USA, Canada, and Germany, with training provided as necessary.

• Stay informed about admission policies of competitors, partner institutions, and other universities to better position our services and offerings (training provided).

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet shared targets, contributing to the overall success of the department and company.
