∎ Work Hour: 40 Hours/week (5-days/week)
∎ Gender: Male/Female Both
∎ Salary: 13,000 BDT
∎ KPI Bonus: 2,000 BDT
∎ Commission on per enrollment
∎ Food: Fully Subsidized
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call students and help them enroll in our courses
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
∎ Identify students' academic needs, advise them accordingly
∎ Upsell products when they arise
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
