• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Statistics

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 34 years

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy support, or data coordination roles.
• Data-driven mindset with strong logical reasoning.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to influence without authority.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Act as a liaison between departments to gather required data, reports, and insights.

• Collect, consolidate, and validate departmental data for internal analysis and strategic reporting.

• Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports for management.

• Assist in identifying business trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of data from different departments.

• Conduct preliminary research and benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.

• Maintain documentation of cross-departmental data flow, KPIs, and strategic project updates.

• Work with department heads and managers to resolve inconsistencies or gaps in reported data.
