Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Commerce discipline/ B.Com (Pass)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Bill of entry register maintained.
∎ Manage and maintain accurate receive and issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure proper Storage of finished goods, work in process and raw materials in coordination with store & production department.
∎ Submit a Monthly Delivery, production & Stock report to Manager.
∎ Responsible for keeping records all VAT related register like Purchase register, Sales register
∎ Issue Mushok-6.3 (VAT Challan) and invoice.
∎ Check documents & preparation of monthly VAT return.
∎ Maintain all level of communication with the local custom office, VAT commissioner, division office, circle office, custom intelligence office etc.
∎ Generate VAT related report according to management requirement.
∎ Must be willing to take on additional job responsibilities if the need arises
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store, VAT, Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power Sector/ Engineering Firms/ Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)/ Industrial Machineries (Generator/ Diesel Engine) etc.
∎ Computer skill: MS Office programs, Internet use
