• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across retail outlets and factory.

• Receive goods and inspect quality; verify and record.

• Organize stock rooms and support visual merchandising.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Maintain inventory records and prepare management reports.

• Coordinate purchase orders and supplier deliveries.

• Manage sample conditions and generate quality reports.

• Implement security procedures to prevent losses.

• Assist in store-level administrative and POS tasks.

• Maintain accurate stock control records, ensuring all data is up to date in both automated and manual systems.

• Support internal audits and periodic reviews by maintaining proper documentation and assisting relevant teams.

• Liaise with the procurement and production teams for smooth coordination.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
