∎ The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Store Operations
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
∎ Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall visual standards.
∎ Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and prevent stock shrinkage.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
∎ Sales and Customer Service
∎ Drive store sales by executing marketing and promotional activities.
∎ Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends, set sales targets, and monitor progress.
∎ Team Management
∎ Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
∎ Create a positive and motivating work environment to improve team performance.
∎ Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
∎ Financial and Administrative Tasks
∎ Manage the store budget, control costs, and maximize profitability.
∎ Handle cash management, including deposits, reconciliation, and petty cash.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
∎ Customer Relationship Management
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
∎ Actively seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
