Skills Required: Retail Sales
Additional Requirements: - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail store as a Store Manager or in a similar designation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, cash handling, and audit procedures.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (POS systems, MS Excel, email, and reporting tools).
- High level of integrity, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and operational targets.
- Willingness to accept transfers and assignments as per company requirements.
- Physically fit to manage day-to-day store operations and floor supervision.
Responsibilities & Context: - Ensure smooth daily store operations by maintaining opening hours, cleanliness, visual merchandising, security, and excellent customer service in line with company policies.
- Drive sales performance by achieving daily/weekly targets, managing stock effectively, promoting new and slow-moving merchandise, and initiating approved local promotions.
- To achieve 100% or more in Pairs/Turnover Sales as per Company’s Seasonal/Yearly Estimate for the Store
- Maintain accurate stock, cash, and accounting records; ensure timely bank deposits, audit compliance, and submission of reports to Head Office.
- To constantly improve Store Managers’ proficiency and motivation and to maintain a sound human relation climate.
- Maintain courteous and friendly service to customers.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff through scheduling, performance monitoring, meetings, and adherence to company standards and instructions.
- Safeguard company assets by controlling inventory age, maintaining furniture and fixtures, handling customer claims, and ensuring proper receiving, dispatch, and transfer of merchandise.
