Position Summary:

The Store In-Charge will be responsible for end-to-end management of the spare parts store for the after-sales service function. This includes planning and monitoring inventory and distribution, ensuring store compliance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and control spare parts stock and delivery.

• Communicate with Branch Manager and Customers about spare parts needs.

• Support the service center team with required parts.

• Make sure the store is clean, safe, and organized.

• Keep track of stock levels and reorder when needed.

• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly inventory and usage reports.

• Forecast spare parts demand ahead of time.

• Follow all store rules and company policies.

• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing parts.

• Use proper labeling and shelf arrangements based on location mapping.

• Supervise and motivate store team members.
