∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the daily “receiving materials” and to send to Head Office through mail.
∎ To ensure the Ledger records & reconcile with the physical existence.
∎ To ensure the “issued materials” with-- consumption report.
∎ Monthly reports: Stock Report & Value of Closing Inventory, Fixed Assets Report, Inter Project materials Transfer [IPT] report, Fuel consumption report.
∎ Having knowledge of Materials: Quality, Idle & Over stock, Scrap condition.
∎ To control Fuel as per Inventory system
∎ Familiar in terms of inventory documents: Gate Pass, MRR, ARR, MTR, ATR, Challan, MTRF, SIR.
∎ To prepare “Project Closing” reports as per Inventory System.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Computer knowledge: MS word, Excel, software ERP entry reports
