Responsibilities & Context:
To receive the materials by the vendor as per ordered by the purchase department
Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
To take appropriate initiative for preservation of the materials
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
To stock the materials received from vendors properly
To ensure that the store is always maintained up to date
Generate reports and submit to concerted authorities
Responsible for receiving and dispatching all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel
