Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and china ware and kitchen equipment
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen and back areas
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety
∎ Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.
∎ Assist in receiving and storing supplies in accordance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Properly dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas.
∎ Ensure trash bins are emptied regularly and kept clean.
∎ Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
∎ Adhere to sanitation standards and procedures to ensure compliance with local health regulations.
∎ Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues promptly.
