- Having a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials, in order to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Responsibilities & Context:
To serve food and beverage as per standard in exclusive dining for foreign guest, local &VIP guest & conference room.
Relaying orders to the kitchen staff in a clear and organized manner, ensuring that special requests or modifications are accurately communicated.
To ensure service including cleanliness of conference room.
Delivering food and beverages to guests` tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that plates are presented attractively and drinks are refilled as needed.
Maintaining a neat and professional appearance, including wearing appropriate attire and maintaining personal hygiene.
To perform related duties as per requirements and assignments.
