Job Responsibilities

Data Collection and Sorting

• Production Data Recording: Collect production data of workshops/production lines (such as output, working hours, equipment operation status, material consumption, etc.) daily; record abnormal situations in the production process (such as shutdown, rework, scrapping, etc.) to ensure data authenticity and integrity.

• Data Entry and Verification: Enter the original data into the ERP system, Excel or other management software, and regularly check the data accuracy to ensure that the system data is consistent with the actual production situation of the workshop.

Report Preparation and Reporting

• Regular Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and other production statistical reports (such as output reports, efficiency analysis tables, loss statistics tables, etc.); submit to production supervisors, finance department or management to support decision-making analysis.

• Data Analysis and Feedback: Analyze production data trends (such as production efficiency, achievement rate, yield rate, cost deviation, etc.) and put forward improvement suggestions. Assist in tracking the completion of production plans and provide timely feedback when abnormalities are found.

Document management and compliance

• Archive preservation: Organize and archive production-related documents (such as work orders, material collection orders, warehouse entry orders, etc.) to ensure traceability; maintain the security and confidentiality of the data system.

• Compliance inspection: Ensure that data statistics comply with company regulations and industry standards, and cooperate with internal and external audit requirements.

• Other responsibilities: Assist in optimizing data statistics processes and improving efficiency. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors (such as special data analysis, meeting minutes, etc.).
