Education:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematics/Transportation Engineering or related field. Post Graduate Degree in Applied Statistics & Data Science, or relevant fields is preferred.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of professional experience
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical analysis.
∎ Experience in using the following software, but not limited to:  SASo  SPSSo  Orangeo  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)o  MS Accesso  Microsoft SQL Servero  MySQL
∎ Experience in Bangladesh and fluency in the Contract and local language; both written and oral.
∎ Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. He should be able to use statistical methods and models to identify trends and patterns in data, and to draw conclusions about the data.
∎ Designing and conducting surveys and experiments. He/She is to develop surveys and experiments to collect data in a way that is accurate and unbiased. He is also to analyze the data to identify trends and relationships.
∎ Communicating findings to stakeholders.
∎ He/She must be able to communicate their findings to stakeholders concisely.
∎ He/She must be able to explain the statistical methods they used and the implications of their findings.
∎ Identification of trends and patterns in data analysis performed.
∎ Identification of relationships in the variables in data analysis
∎ Recommendation regarding the implications of the findings in data analysis.
∎ Primary Purpose of Position
∎ The primary purpose of the position is to:-
∎ Provide key support to Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader-       Collect relevant data and analyze for statistical purposes
∎ Key Responsibilities and Outputs
∎ The specific activities to be performed by the Statistician under the supervision of the Team Leader to achieve the expected outputs are as follows:
∎ Depending on the level of experience, responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to: Analysis of
∎ i) Traffic Survey Data,
∎ ii) Freight Transport Data,
∎ iii) Freight Logistics Data,
