Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and grow the software business development division
∎ Manage and mentor a high-performing remote sales team
∎ Develop and execute B2B and government sales strategies
∎ Prepare, review, and manage commercial and government contracts
∎ Identify and respond to U.S. government bids (SAM.gov preferred)
∎ Navigate new markets and strategic directions for business growth
∎ Collaborate with product and development teams to align solutions with client needs
∎ Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement
∎ Ensure compliance with all client and government requirements
∎ Fluent in English with clients and great negotiation skills
∎ Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in software sales/business development
∎ Strong background in contract writing and negotiations
∎ Demonstrated success managing and scaling sales teams
∎ Hands-on experience with government contract bids (SAM.gov preferred)
∎ In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and solution selling
∎ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
∎ Highly energetic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset

∎ Bachelor's from IBA BBA or Public Universities

∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with 10+ years of leadership experience in software business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software business development, sales management, contract writing, contract negotiation, and ideally U.S. SAM/government contract bidding. This role requires a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset who can lead sales teams, write and manage contracts, and execute business growth strategies in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
