∎ JOB PURPOSE: Ensure overall stakeholder experience to make Learning and Leadership Development Unit of BRAC the number one choice for any learning and development solution for employees.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders on regular basis to manage relationship, market and brand Learning and Leadership Development unit and collect any need from programs.
∎ Follow up with supervisors and program heads / top management after any workshop is completed. Collect measurement tools from content development team and execute measurement and impact of workshops with supervisors and top management.
∎ Organize focused group discussions with programs to create awareness of our products and also discuss challenges and / or improvement areas on our service delivery.
∎ Design and rollout regular communication / newsletter on social media, WhatsApp, groups, etc. to highlight our products and services.
∎ Prepare a relationship management calendar and involve Head / Director to visit, email, phone call respective stakeholders at different times.
∎ Design and implement tools for measuring impact, usefulness and effectiveness of learning: 1. Participants learning, 2. Supervisor measurement tool, 3. Stakeholder measurement tool.
∎ Develop and implement complete "learning development journey" as per 70-20-10 principle - what will be in training, pre-training, post-training learning - and how we can measure effectiveness and usefulness.
∎ Design and implement assessment tools to measure level of skill / knowledge of participants and also the required tools to measure overall stakeholder satisfaction index.
∎ Outline tools to collect improvement areas and share ideas with team on how we can continuously improve.
∎ Create layout and implement complete "learning development journey" as per 70-20-10 principle - what will be in training, pre-training, post-training learning - and how we can measure effectiveness and usefulness.
∎ Assist and support content development team with research on developing content and the delivery team in facilitation trainings and workshop.
∎ Research on modern methods of facilitation and delivery to improve experience of participants.
∎ Excellent in communication and presentation Skill
∎ Patient, emotionally intelligent and ability to manage senior level management
∎ Must be an extroverted, proactive, confident, enthusiastic, persuasive and responsible personality.
∎ A risk taker with a learning aptitude
∎ Excellent in partnership Building and relationship management
∎ Charismatic and excellent personality.
∎ Good analytical ability, critical thinker, innovative and a problem solver.
∎ 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management or key accounts management.
